Project Management Office Intern
SBB · Olten
I supported the Project Management Office responsible for major railway infrastructure projects in the Bern region, with a combined portfolio of approximately CHF 3.5 billion. I prepared monthly management reports on financial, safety and other project indicators, helped organise stakeholder construction-site tours and supported press releases. I developed a largely automated Microsoft 365 and Power Automate process for coordinating tours, now used several times a week, and created an automated workflow, now used by a few hundred people, that updates Outlook out-of-office status and messages based on the calendar.

Private Swim Teacher
SR Swimming · Self-employed · Pratteln
I teach private swimming lessons to clients from age four through adulthood, usually one-to-one or in pairs. I tailor lessons to each client’s abilities and wishes. Depending on their needs, I teach everything from first water familiarisation and fundamental skills to detailed technique coaching and drills for adults. I keep lessons fun and playful while ensuring clients continue to learn. I can follow SwimSports grades when requested, but usually adapt the focus week by week to the client’s progress.

Swimming Instructor, Trainer & Committee Member
SLRG Muttenz
As an instructor, I teach SwimSports graded group courses for children aged 5 to 11, with groups of up to 12, across levels from Krebs to Delfin. As a trainer, I coach young people aged 10 to 16 in speed, technique and endurance, teach water-rescue fundamentals and familiarise them with rescue equipment. I also lead training for participants aged 16 and over, planning sessions and building drills around a clear training focus. As a committee member, I co-lead youth training with another committee member, organise internal and external competitions and other youth events, communicate with parents, coordinate future plans with fellow trainers, and help manage email correspondence. I contribute to strategic decisions about the association’s future development. I teach Jugendbrevet and assist with BLS-AED, Brevet Basis and Plus Pool courses.
